The invention relates to apparatus for producing spiral-wound, double-walled thermoplastic pipes, having a corrugated outer sheath and a smooth inner sheath welded to one another and can be used in chemical industry. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of pipes by ensuring the smoothness of the surface of its inner shell. Figure 1 presents the proposed device, side view; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1. The apparatus for producing spiral-wound double-walled thermoplastic pipes, having a corrugated outer shell and a smooth inner shell, contains one or two (depending on the materials for the shells) extrusion means (not shown), a molding device 1 and a cooled pressing element 2. 00 s The extrusion means communicates with the first extrusion head 3 located above the molding device 1 (along the plastic flow) and with the second extrusion head 4 located below the molding device (along this stream). The heads 3 and 4 have extrusion holes 5 and 6 for the extrusion of the first and second strips of thermoplastic material, respectively, for forming the outer and inner shells of the pipe. The molding device 1 has a side surface for receiving the first extruded tape and a device for forming a corrugated configuration for spiral winding into the outer corrugated shell of the produced double wall pipe and feeding to the inner surface of the outer shell of the second tape The second extrusion head 4 communicates with its extrusion means by means of an elongated conduit 7 mounted inside the molding device 1, along which the extrusion openings of the heads 3 and 4 are located. The cooled pressing element 2 corresponds to the inner shell of the pipe, interacts with the second tape as it enters from the second head 4, and presses this tape against the outer shell to weld them. In order to maintain the ribbon in conjunction with the side surface of the pressing element 2, channels 8 are provided therein, communicating with vacuum means (not shown). The outputs of the channels 8 are located on the side facing the second tape for communication with it. Element 2 is cooled by cooling agent flowing through it from communication lines 9 and 10. The molding device 1 is made in the form of a set of molds 11 moving along a helical spiral and forming a rotating forming surface moving progressively in the axial direction. At the end (downstream) of the molding device 1, the mold 11 is drawn radially inward, then turned over and move opposite to the flow inside the molding device 1. At the beginning of the device 1 (downstream) the mold 11 is turned over0 five 0 five 0 five 0 five 0 five c and are fed to form said helical surface. A device for forming a corrugated configuration is intended for spiral winding of the first tape 12 into the outer corrugated casing 13 of the pipe and feeding to the inner surface of the outer casing 13 of the second tape 14 twisted spirally into the inner smooth casing 15 of the pipe. The molding device 1 is located between the extrusion heads 3 and 4 in the flow direction of the first 3 and countercurrently the second 4 heads. During operation of the apparatus, the head 3 produces a tape 12 of thermoplastic material, which flows to the countercurrent end of the forming device 1, obtains a corrugated configuration corresponding to the lateral surface of the forming device 1, and is spirally wound to form an outer corrugated sheath 13. The head 4 extrudes the tape 14, passing between the pressing element 2 and the outer casing 13. The tape 14 is wound on the inside of the already formed corrugated casing 13 as it is rotated and axially transverse. escheni last, which provides welding the inside of the shell 15 and the inner surface of the corrugations at their smallest diameter. The vacuum maintained between the belt 14 and the pressing element 2 does not allow the belt 14 to deviate from the element before it is cured. Due to this, the extruded tape 14 of the inner shell 15 does not depart from the pressing element 2 until it stabilizes and has a uniform change in the internal pressure. As a result, the smoothness of the inner surface of the produced pipe is ensured. The proposed apparatus makes it possible to prevent such defects of the inner tube as shrink marks (deepening of the surface), wrinkling and wrinkles having the appearance of a wave.
